Description |
AutoClass is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based automated classification software that can handle both item descriptions and supplier names, providing accurate and granular categorization codes. The software can process high volumes of data, in any language, of any quality and provide accurate classification codes in any classification schema such as UNSPSC, NATO, eClass or even a customer proprietary code structure.
AutoClass is designed to run in a completely hands-free environment, integrated with Data Warehouses (such as SAP BW, PeopleSoft SCDW, etc.) as a data-quality software tool, or embedded within e-Procurement systems. Using patented AI methods, AutoClass provides far superior classification results in terms of consistency and accuracy, as compared to alternate methods of mapping. Real-world spend data is often cryptic, incomplete, and inaccurately described in most transaction systems, and thus necessitates the use of AI technology for accurate classification. The AI based self-learning and iterative model building mechanism adds the required flexibility that enhances the products classification performance over a period of time. |
