Purchasing Assistant is an Internet based, purchasing management system, designed exclusively for the banking, financial services and business community.
Purchasing Assistant provides for the management of all vendor purchasing activity, from product requisition to invoice reconciliation. The system maintains General Ledger, audit compliance and detailed cost center budget control. Purchasing Assistant can handle Inventory of printed stock held offsite in vendor warehouses, or products held in bank storerooms. Custom designed reports can be viewed online, or downloaded to spreadsheets for analysis and records retention. In addition, the system is continuously backed up, providing ongoing Disaster Recovery.
Purchasing Assistant is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant. It will assist companies meet the financial reporting requirements of Section 302 and 404 of the Act. |
